Graduate Program
We understand and remember those early days as a speech pathologist, especially how valuable support, supervision and mentorship is to your confidence.
This is why we have a dedicated grad program for early career speech pathologists. The program factors gradual caseload building and mixed complexity to avoid overburden, with round the clock support.
You also receive supervision from our Principal, Kristina, who draws on her early childhood education and speech pathology experience to support the team. Kristina is primarily passionate about providing continued education and support to fellow speech language pathologists, and supporting the team in providing holistic family centred practice to the families of Aurora Speech Pathology Services.
Leadership Training
For those who already possess some experience and are looking for leadership opportunities, we offer in house and external leadership training to help you manage different communication styles, conflict and complaints.
