Newsletter Winter 2020

So, the kids are on school holidays again. Where did Term 2 go? Or perhaps you are feeling like that term dragged on. Either way, are you prioritising your health?

Looking after yourself

Most people have found these past few months particularly stressful. If you are finding it difficult to get on top of these feelings you may like to visit our blog for advice on how to access support. Your wellbeing is our priority!

Free support for parents supporting children with special needs and disabilities

Dynamic Parenting has launched a Free Parenting Program, providing a workshop series specifically for parents with special needs children to navigate the impacts of COVID19 via their online community. Follow the link to explore if this is for you.

Timetables - Term 3, 2020 For Term 3 appointments, it is best to contact Kristina directly to discuss your preferences and the method of delivery.
